Do I have to be a Christian?
No. Our support is available to people of every faith and none. Nobody will ask you what you believe.
Will you tell anyone?
We keep what you tell us confidential within our team. The only exception is where someone is at risk of serious harm, and we will tell you if that happens.
How long will it take?
We will publish our expected response times when applications open, and we will hold ourselves to them.
What if you say no?
We will tell you, rather than leave you wondering, and we will try to point you to someone who can help.
