Do I have to be a Christian?
No. Our support is available to people of every faith and none. Nobody will ask you what you believe.
Will you tell anyone?
We handle concerns sensitively and restrict access to information to those who need it to assess or respond to the matter. Information may need to be shared where necessary to investigate a concern, protect someone from harm or comply with legal obligations. We cannot promise absolute confidentiality or anonymity.
How long will it take?
We will publish our expected response times when applications open, and we will hold ourselves to them.
What if you say no?
We will tell you, rather than leave you wondering, and we will try to point you to someone who can help.
